Discover the marine history of the Island at several museums. Two examples are The Museum of Smuggling History and the Bembridge Maritime Museum. The Island hosts many special events, including Cowes Week and the Isle of Wight Garlic Festival. The sandy beaches and pier at Sandown are close to Site.
