    Thorncross Farm CS 196/213 is a Camping and caravaning Club exempted site at Thorncross a small hamlet close to the village of Brighstone. It lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the south west side of the Isle of Wight approximately half a mile from the coast.

    Set in open countryside, The campsite is ideally located for those club members wishing to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. But, with a good network of footpaths and country lanes to explore, there is always plenty for the more active to do on foot or bicycle.

    There are several good bathing beachs along the coast including Compton Bay the best beach on the Island

    The level 1 acre grass site can accept 5 caravans or motorhomes plus tents. But campers will need to bring a chemical toilet, as there are currently no on site toilets or showers.

    The on site facilities consist of 8 electric hookups, all with water adjacent to the pitch, a chemical disposal point and rubbish bins.
