River View Touring Park is ideally situated for access to the Black Mountain, Brecon Beacons and Gower Peninsula.
The site is located in a south-facing valley that captures the heat of the sun and is sheltered from the wind, creating its own microclimate. The abundance of native trees, wildflowers, wildlife and the River Gwili flowing along two sides of the boundary add to the feeling of tranquillity. During 2005 the site was awarded Gold in the David Bellamy Conservation Award scheme. The park is a family run site with the owners, Keith & Kath, living on site. We wish to make your stay special and welcoming

It was the only place my Wife, the two dogs and I could find at short notice for the May Bank Holiday weekend (due to cancellation we later found out. Our thanks to whoever cancelled). It was our first time out with a caravan and we were nervous to say the least. We need not have worried. The people there are more than helpful and nothing is too much trouble, even offering to locate the caravan on the pitch with their own 4×4 if we needed it. The site itself is in a beautiful location that faces South. Less than 5 minutes from junction 49 of the M4 but a million miles away from the busy life. Well laid out with three seperate fields catering for families or adults only, all with electric hook up if required. A large dog walk area which was great for our Lurcher and Greyhound. The toilet and washing facilities are second to none (Loo of the year award 2006). No charge for the showers. Recycling figures prominently on site which is a great thing. All in all a great place to stay. Finally I must thank one of the fellow Caravanners, Doug, without whose help we would not have got the awning up, the gas working or even the electric on. I did say we were novices.
