  • Description

A small, quiet, family run park which occupies a spectacular elevated position in the Tanat Valley on the fringe of the Berwyn mountain range, which provides a stunning backdrop and superb, panaromic views.

There is fishing in the river Tanat, which forms one boundary of the park.

There are excellent walking opportunities for all levels of fitness. The public footpath can be joined from just outside our gate.

A wide variety of river, farmland, garden and woodland birds, as well as birds of prey are regular visitors to the park.

The Park is situated on the B4391, 18 miles west of Oswestry, on the Llanfyllin to Bala road. It is easily accessible from Birmingham, the Potteries, Manchester, Coventry and Liverpool.

The friendly village of Llangynog (Llan-gun-og) is only five minutes walk from the park, and has two excellent Inns, both serving superb meals.

Dogs are welcome, but must be strictly controlled. A riverside dog walk is provided.

Henstent provides an idyllic location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday within easy reach of the coast and local attractions.

Seasonal touring pitches with winter storage available.

*** OPEN ALL YEAR *** (Bookings only November to February)
